Accessible Electronics Renamed to Accessible Devices

It occured to me that there's a category of devices which are accessible but not electronic, such as a braille writer or globe, for example. So Accessible Electronics has been renamed Accessible Devices to also cover these items. A couple of related topics were also moved from Let's Talk to the new board.

Nice. I agree this was an issue for me a couple of times. That's nice that there's a board that include non-electronic devices.
